Welcome to the Magic School of Bangladesh ("MSOB"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

MSOB provides educational programs, live shows, interactive experiences, and mentorship opportunities in the art of magic. Our offerings include:

• Live Magic Shows: Free live magic shows every Thursday night via Zoom.

• Interactive Magic Experiences: Online interactive mentalism and mind control magic experiences.

• Subscription Plans: Paid subscription plans ("The Apprentice," "The Sorcerer," and "The Grandmaster") offering varying levels of access to magic lessons and mentorship.

• Mentorship Programs: Opportunities to become a mentor and share your magic expertise.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.

• Use our services for lawful and ethical purposes only.

• Refrain from using our content for deception, fraud, or any unethical activities.

4. Payment and Subscription

For paid subscription plans:

• Fees are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Payments are due in advance of service delivery.

• Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of MSOB and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

MSOB provides educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our programs. Users acknowledge that:

• Magic performances require practice and dedication.

• MSOB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and agree that all data provided is accurate.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct detrimental to MSOB or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

MSOB may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
