Presented by Magic School of Bangladesh (MSOB)

1. Event Rules & Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all attendees, the following rules must be strictly followed:

• No Video Recording or Photography
  The use of mobile phones, cameras, or any recording devices during the performance is strictly prohibited.

• No Live Streaming
  Broadcasting or streaming the event on any platform (social media, websites, etc.) is not permitted.

• No Fire or Hazardous Items
  Carrying lighters, matchsticks, flammable materials, or any dangerous items is strictly forbidden.

• Valid Ticket Required for Entry

  • Each attendee must present a valid ticket (digital or physical) at the entrance.

  • One ticket permits entry for one person only.

• No Re-Entry Policy
  Once you exit the venue, re-entry will not be allowed under any circumstances.

• Punctuality

  • Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the show starts at 8:00 PM.

  • Latecomers may be denied entry to avoid disruptions.

• Respect Performers & Attendees
  Any form of disruptive behavior (heckling, intoxication, or misconduct) will result in immediate removal without refund.

• Age Recommendation
  The event is suitable for audiences aged 10 and above. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Venue Compliance
  All attendees must:

  • Follow instructions from event staff and security personnel.

  • Adhere to the venue's existing rules and regulations.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry

2.1 Payment Methods

• Tickets can be purchased:

  • Online via bKash (Transaction ID/TrxID must be saved for verification)

  • Cash at the venue (subject to availability)

2.2 Ticket Validation

• Online Tickets: Must present bKash TrxID + email confirmation (digital or printed)

• Cash Tickets: Must present original receipt from the venue

• No third-party resales: Tickets are non-transferable

2.3 Fraud Prevention

• Fake transactions (edited receipts, invalid TrxIDs) will be reported to authorities under Bangladesh Penal Code (Sections 420/468/471)

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 No Refund Policy

• All sales are final – No refunds for:

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

  • Event postponement/rescheduling

  • Personal reasons

3.2 Event Cancellation (By MSOB Only)

• If the event is fully canceled, refunds will be processed via original payment method within 15 working days

4. Intellectual Property & Liability

4.1 Copyright Protection

• Unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction of performances is illegal under Bangladesh Copyright Act (2000).

4.2 Force Majeure

• MSOB is not liable for delays/cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government orders

  • Technical failures

5. Contact & Disputes

5.1 Governing Law

• All disputes fall under Bangladeshi jurisdiction (Dhaka courts)
